IMPORTANT QUESTIONS TO CONSIDER

What time does training start and end?
Tuesday at 5:00 pm CT for registration.
Wednesday at 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CT.
Thursday at 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CT.
Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm CT
We will have breaks during the day, including lunch break of 1 hr.
What days are you providing meals?
We offer lunch on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday during the training. Dinner will be provided for everyone on Wednesday night but on Thursday it will be provided to only IEB members.
What Airport should I fly into?
The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is located 30 minutes from the hotel and venue.

To get to the hotel from the airport:
    Get on TX-71 W from Presidential Blvd
    Continue on TX-71 W. Take US-290 W, Southwest Pkwy, TX-71 W and Ranch Rd 620 to Lakeway Dr in Lakeway
    Turn right onto Lakeway Dr to 101 Lakeway Drive, Austin, TX 78734
Will there be a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel?
Austin Premium Limousine, L.L.C. offers shuttles from AUS in the following packages: 

    Sedan - $90 (airport - one way)
    SUV - $110 (airport - one way)

Are you following any safety guidelines?
We are following the State of Texas Safety Guidelines. This will include but will not be limited to IEB providing masks and hand sanitizer.

Is there a possibility of this event canceling?
We have no intention of canceling this event but any changes to the event will be communicated by email and phone call, therefore if you register, please provide the best information to reach you. IEB will fully refund all attendees if we have to cancel the event.
What happens if I can no longer attend the event?
We are allowing refunds to those that become sick with the coronavirus and other emergency related reasons. Please contact  support@iebcoaching.com if you are unable to attend. If you fail to notify IEB by April 30th, you wont be able to get refunded due to operating costs.
